Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using tennisdex.com or app.tennisdex.com ("TennisDex," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TennisDex.

Placeholder pending confirmation: the operating legal entity name and the governing law/jurisdiction for these terms (see Section 10) need to be filled in before this page is treated as final.

TennisDex provides, in one account:

• Match scoring and performance tracking that you enter yourself.
• AI-assisted technique analysis of videos you upload, billed by the second of video analyzed via credit packs.
• A public player CV/profile page you can optionally make visible to recruiters and coaches.
• A searchable directory of tennis academies, including programs, coaches, and user-submitted reviews.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you're creating or managing a profile for a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to do so — see the Children's data section of our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload video you don't have the right to use, or that contains anyone who hasn't consented to being recorded/analyzed.
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or academy information.
• Use the recruiter/inquiry feature to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, systematically extract, or resell data from the academy directory or player profiles.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an academy.
• Attempt to bypass credit metering, interfere with the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Video analysis is billed in credits, purchased in packs and processed by Stripe. 1 credit corresponds to 1 second of video analyzed. Credits are deducted from your balance when you request an analysis.

If an analysis job fails after credits have already been spent, the credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. Outside of that automatic case, refund requests for credit purchases are handled manually — contact us at tennisdex.com@gmail.com and we'll review it.

For transparency: the academy directory on TennisDex is informational only. You can browse, search, and read reviews of academies, but TennisDex does not process bookings, enrollment, or payments between you and any academy, and we do not take a commission on anything you arrange with an academy. Any arrangement you make with an academy is directly between you and them.

Technique analysis is generated automatically by AI and is provided for informational and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified coach, and we don't guarantee the analysis is complete or error-free.

You keep ownership of the videos, match data, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant TennisDex a license to store and process that content solely to provide the service back to you (for example, sending your video to our AI analysis provider and storing the results).

You can stop using TennisDex and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.

TennisDex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TennisDex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated analysis or on information in the academy directory.

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TennisDex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
